First Aid at Work (3 Day)

About This Course

This comprehensive course covers a wide range of first aid emergencies and will enable all learners to deal with emergency situations with confidence in a prompt, safe and effective way. This course will give participants a qualification to the highest level of Emergency First Aid, meeting the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. It is most suitable for higher hazard workplaces such as factories and construction sites or workplaces with more than 50 employees but will ultimately depend upon your risk assessment outcome.

It is recommended that First Aiders with this qualification complete an Annual Refresher course in order to keep their skills up-to-date and refreshed, then every three years they should complete the two day First Aid at Work Re-Qualification course to maintain this First Aid at Work qualification.

No previous First Aid experience is necessary. Certificates are valid for 3 years. Minimum eighteen contact hours with practical and theoretical activities.
